Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends and insights.
Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
Reflection:
Being a university student, witness to the field of e-commerce has been truly enlightening and transformative. The understanding of e-commerce lies not just in theoretical concepts but also greatly in the application of real-time practices that guide today's business operations. Studies and projects on the course have introduced me to important features of e-commerce, including Bing AI, editing video using Capcut, take video and pictures of our products in campus. Besides that, I'm also have experienced in using affiliate taught by the coach. I was also able to learn how to open a business page account on Facebook and post content using a good captions.
